Text Layout Element rotation?

Postby Andre » 25. Sep 2015, 20:45

Hi guys,
Using DCLayout.rotation I'm able to turn button text, for instance 90 degrees clockwise.
Code: Select all
var xText = this.FindLayout("MyTextLayout");
xText.rotation = 1.5708;

I can see it's working on desktop PowerGrid application, but on Android application it's not working.
Is there a way to make it working on Android application too?

PS: Gfx Layout Element can be turned both on desktop and Android fine.
Code: Select all
var xPic = this.FindLayout("MyGfxLayout");
xPic.rotation = 1.5708;

Thank you for reporting this, we will look into this as soon as we can, I already reproduced that behaviour and the only solution I see at this time is to use graphics instead of text. Meaning a simple .png with the text and transparency on the background.

I'm sorry for this inconvininence.
