powergrid 0.460 on ios 6.1.3

Hi Roccat,
i installed app on iphone 4, ios 6.1.3,
and i cannot get it to run, it crashes immediately after startup,
i tried to look into logfiles from crash, but i dont see or understand anything.
all i could find out was SIGABRT

Hey joeandjoe,

what exactly is crashing? The Launcher software on your PC or the APP on your mobile device?

If that crash happens on your PC, try following: go to "My Documents" folder, then to "ROCCAT\Power-Grid". There is your user data located. Move it to another folder, so Power-Grid can create new user data with the newest Power-Grid version. Check, whether that crash still occurs. Usually that can happen, when there was an update and user data is somehow "incompatible" with the new version. Afterwards such crashes can happen.

If that doesn't solve the problem, please try to describe the problem, when exactly the issues occur, on which device, what led to the problem, ... The more information we get, the easier and faster we can find a solution.

its App on mobile device, i mentioned it already, iphone 4, ios 6.1.3,
but now i tried on my brothers iphone 3gs, ios 6.1, the same issue.

launcher software on win is fine, just waiting for phone to connect to.

I have the same issue as well. Since i updated the latest version of Power Grid on my iphone 3Gs it can not start the program at all.. :/ By the time i try to run the application it crushes. I deleted and re-installed both on my pc and the smart phone. I restarted my device several times but it still doesn't operate at all.. :/

I can second what was said by Lechocolate. Since the most recent update I cannot launch the app on my iOS device.

Same problem for me. I have try on iPohone 4S iOS 6.1.3 and iPad2 iOS 6.1.3. The app crash immediatly when i open it.. Some ideas?

We had issues with iOS 7, but these were already fixed. Probably that fix broke the iOS 6 compatibility. We'll look into it.

I just wanted to say that I use this Version on iOS 6.1.5, on an iPod Touch 4g, and is's even not running.
I really hope for a fix.

Version 461, which is in the appstore now, should work. Could you please update and try again?
